Job Summary:
As the Sous Chef, you will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service for all events and functions. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will play a crucial role in leading the culinary team and elevating the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and mentor a team of talented kitchen staff
– Develop innovative menus and recipes that showcase the venue's culinary expertise
– Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including quality control and presentation
– Lead kitchen tours and demonstrations for event attendees, showcasing the team's culinary prowess
Qualifications:
– Extensive experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior culinary role
– Proven track record of leading and motivating kitchen teams
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with event organizers and guests
– Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to culinary excellence
