Shift Supervisor – Continental Day Shift
📍 Location: Mississauga, ON
🕒 Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Continental Shift (Thursday–Sunday / Thursday–Saturday rotation)
📌 Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
✅ Work Permit Holders Welcome – must have at least 2 years’ validity

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead a team of 4–7 production operators with confidence and clarity
  • Ensure smooth and safe daily production operations
  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate across departments
  • Motivate, coach, and mentor your team to success
  • Conduct safety checks and maintain accurate shift reports
  • Foster a team-first, respectful workplace culture
What You Bring:
  • Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • A safety-first mindset with a hands-on attitude
  • Ability to work in hot, wet, and physically demanding conditions
  • Experience in fabric coating or industrial processing (an asset, not required)
