Weâre working with a well-established precision manufacturer in Oakville that produces high-quality metal components and sub-assemblies using advanced sheet metal cutting, forming, machining, welding, assembly, and paint processes.
They operate in a lean, team-oriented manufacturing environment and are known for delivering high-value, cost-effective products to long-term partners.
Right now, theyâre looking for a Saw Operator to join their Production team.
What Youâll Be Doing

Setting up saw machines and adjusting them for each job

Installing stops or guides to specified lengths

Operating saw equipment and monitoring for quality and defects

Using measuring tools to ensure accuracy

Assisting with packing and moving finished materials

Completing production paperwork accurately

Supporting the team as needed

Working overtime or shifts when required
Experience with CNC machines, drills, mills, or steel fabrication is a strong asset.
What Theyâre Looking For

Previous experience working with sheet metal

High school diploma or equivalent

Comfortable standing/walking on concrete for most of the shift

Able to lift 5â23 kg regularly

Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

Safety-focused and reliable

Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Team player with solid communication skills
Youâll be trained on crane/hoist and forklift operation as required.
