Our client is a growing organization seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to support customer relationships, sales operations, and account administration. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who enjoys working with customers, supporting sales teams, and managing details in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support the sales team with customer service, troubleshooting, and account coordination
- Respond to customer and prospect inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Manage customer accounts, onboarding, and ongoing account support
- Assist with pricing, quotes, estimates, and sales documentation
- Prepare contracts and proposals using approved terms and ensure completion and accuracy
- Coordinate internally to support smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Track contracts, renewals, and customer records
- Compile sales reports and assist with administrative tasks
- Help organize client meetings and related logistics
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Collaborative, reliable, and customer-focused mindset
Nice to Have
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Experience supporting contracts, pricing, or customer onboarding
