Key Responsibilities: Robotics & Automation Project Supervisor
- and supervise a team of 20-25 tradespeople and engineers, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- a positive, organized, and motivated team environment.
- production planning, scheduling, and tooling requirements to ensure smooth shop operations.
- material quotes, orders, and maintain adherence to production schedules.
- to changing priorities and provide clear, decisive direction to the team.
- effectively with team members and stakeholders to address any issues affecting delivery requirements.
- safety standards and ensure compliance with all safety certifications and protocols.
Skills and Qualifications: Robotics & Automation Project Supervisor
- Must be Electrical 309A license, with a solid mechanical background.
- years of experience in robotics and automation.
- leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and organization.
- organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- to read and interpret technical drawings fluently.
- computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software.
- in production planning and managing machine maintenance.
- Custom Machine Build Shop Management experience.
- Someone that has oversaw a team of people in a shop where they are design, custom build robotics and automation machinery.
Schedule: Shop Supervisor
-Full-time, Monday to Friday dayshift with overtime as needed.
