Location: Canadian Rocky Mountains Region
Join our team of hospitality professionals at one of our premier resort properties in the stunning Canadian Rocky Mountains! We are seeking a detail-oriented Resort Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.
As a Resort Housekeeper, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing guest rooms, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience will be essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
– Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting
– Restock guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and coffee/tea
– Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, and common spaces
– Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
– Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
– Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
– Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the day
Working Conditions:
This is a temporary, full-time position with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays. The work environment involves a combination of indoor and outdoor settings, with some physical demands such as standing, bending, and lifting. Proper safety equipment and training will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits:
$18.50 per hour, plus accommodation provided.
