Regional Manager – San Francisco region
The Regional Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving business growth, service excellence, and operational performance across the San Francisco region. This individual is responsible for advancing restoration and capital planning services, while ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality work aligned with evolving client expectations.
As a key leader within the organization, the Regional Manager will anticipate and respond to industry shifts, emerging challenges, and market demands—positioning the regional team to remain competitive, innovative, and client-focused. This role also supports broader company initiatives aimed at sustainable, long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership for service delivery and quality assurance across the region
  • Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Project Managers and technical staff
  • Drive business development efforts, including building client relationships and expanding market presence
  • Develop and execute annual business plans, ensuring alignment with financial targets and company strategy
  • Identify and implement new service offerings consistent with national practices
  • Support the technical growth and development of team members through training and mentorship
  • Conduct peer reviews to uphold quality standards and consistency across projects
  • Collaborate on the development of marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations
  • Represent the firm at industry events, fostering relationships with building owners and key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to showcase and expand the firm’s building science expertise within the region
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and overall operational excellence
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience delivering Building Science services
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) preferred; CET or equivalent credentials considered based on experience
  • Proven experience leading and managing diverse technical teams
  • Strong track record in business development and client relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to balance technical excellence with commercial performance
  • Effective communicator with strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
