We’re hiring a Purchasing & Replenishment Agent to join a national leader in plumbing, HVAC/R, and industrial distribution in Calgary, AB.

What you will do:
- Generate daily and ad hoc replenishment orders to support various locations, including non-standard or on-demand products.
- Monitor inventory discrepancies using forecasting tools like Slim4 and take corrective action within assigned product lines.
- Collaborate with demand planning and purchasing teams to refine forecasts and inventory settings for optimal service levels and stock investment.
- Identify stock redistribution opportunities across regions and implement them to improve efficiency and availability.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to proactively manage supply chain issues and delays.
- Recommend supply path improvements and ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and procedures while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
What you will bring:
- 2+ years of experience in inventory planning and supply chain, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ERP forecasting systems; experience with Slim4 is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to thrive in dynamic environments with competing priorities.
- Bilingual in French and English considered an asset.
