What are the Responsibilities?
  • Service Management:
    • Be the go-to contact for client requests, project changes, etc., ensuring excellent service delivery and timely follow-up.
    • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
    • Maintain accurate service logs and inventory records.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Support Project Managers with scheduling, logistics, and resource planning.
    • Track budgets, timelines, and milestones to keep projects on target.
    • Prepare reports, change orders, and client updates.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management:
    • Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
    • Resolve delays and escalate issues when needed.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Keep project and service documentation accurate and up-to-date.
    • Prepare internal and client-facing reports for billing and progress tracking.
What are the Requirements?
  • 2–3 years of experience in AV services or project coordination; we will consider candidates from outside the AV space, but they must present relevant exposure in a similar
  • Familiarity with ITIL, PMI, and AVIXA best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and service platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and flexibility for occasional travel.
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges.
  • Exceptional multitasker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and team members.
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure.
  • Bonus Points: ITIL 4 Foundation or AVIXA CTS certification – you’ll grow faster with one of these!
