- Ensuring project execution aligns with client expectations
- Strengthening market presence and enhancing the firm’s reputation
- Mitigating risk by ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Bringing the best expertise to each project, leveraging internal subject matter experts as needed
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Deliver services aligned with the project team’s expertise
- Clarify client expectations and define project scope and milestones
- Allocate resources, define service standards, and ensure contractual and quality requirements are met
- Establish project goals, team structure, and communication protocols
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, aligned with services delivered
- Review and approve proposals and project deliverables
- Lead planning for negotiations or dispute resolution when required
Process & Practice
- Share knowledge and best practices across the team
- Maintain systems and resources that support knowledge sharing
- Implement processes to improve service delivery and communication
- Support Project Managers in understanding key financial metrics (WIP, utilization, backlog, etc.)
Business Development
- Gather and assess client feedback to measure satisfaction
- Communicate insights internally and address any gaps
- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients
- Represent the firm’s full capabilities and expertise to clients
Performance Metrics
- Revenue growth, client diversification, and project profitability
- Timely billing, WIP management, and fee collection
- Team performance against schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Brand strength and market reputation
- New business development, client relationship growth, and talent attraction
