Project Coordinator – Calgary (Confidential)
A well-established and growing organization in the mechanical construction and HVAC sector is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its team in Calgary.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning
- Assist in developing and documenting project plans (scope, timelines, resources)
Coordination & Execution
- Organize and coordinate project activities
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
Communication & Collaboration
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and project updates
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation (drawings, schedules, reports, logs)
- Track progress and provide regular status updates
Resource Management
- Support resource allocation and coordination across teams
- Monitor utilization and identify constraints
Risk & Change Management
- Identify risks, track issues, and support mitigation strategies
- Assist in managing scope changes and change requests
Quality & Budget Oversight
- Support quality control processes and periodic reviews
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and flag variances
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Continuous Improvement
- Identify efficiencies and recommend process improvements
Profile & Qualifications
- College diploma in construction management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the construction industry (required)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bilingualism: French (advanced) and English (functional/professional)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Autonomous, resourceful, and adaptable
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
