Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Burlington, ON
Contract: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture products based on provided drawings and specifications.
  • Operate production equipment and tools as per dimensional and procedural requirements.
  • Complete complex tasks within specified timeframes while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including surrounding aisles.
  • Assist with the training of team members to uphold quality and production standards.
  • Ensure all parts, subassemblies, and finished products are properly labeled.
  • Perform daily preventative maintenance on routers and other equipment.
  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Personal Specifications:
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, materials pick lists, and specifications.
  • Experience with matching packing slips and identifying inventory discrepancies.
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with general assembly and manufacturing methods.
  • Able to operate and set up assembly and packaging equipment.
  • Comfortable performing basic mathematical calculations.
  • Experience with quality assurance tools and data entry.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and adapt to changing demands.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime as required.
  • Strong memory for part numbers and production details.
  • Committed to continuous learning, cross-training, and helping educate team members.
