Press Operators

We are currently looking for full-time Printing Press Operators to join a rewarding manufacturing company in the Mississauga area.

Do you have experience operating a printing press or manufacturing products on film, paper or corrugated? We would like to meet you!

Salary range for the Press Operator position: starting salary of $18-20 / hour with potential of earning more!

Schedule: must be available for 12 hour rotating shifts, potential overtime 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am

Responsibilities

Setup and operate multi-process manufacturing machinery

Work in a team setting to meet production schedules, ensure quality is being met

Quality control finished product to ensure it meets specifications

Help set up machines for production runs

Work within a team setting

Other duties as required

What are we looking for in an ideal Printing Press Operator:

Experience operating multi-process manufacturing machinery

Experience of using equipment such as Windmoller & Holscher (W&H), Press, Miraflex, Uteco, Heidelberg and Gravure

Capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail

Basic math skills and capable of reading a measuring tape

Good English communication skills (written and verbal)

Excellent communicator

Good manual dexterity

Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
