Pastry Line Cook

Join our team at a leading hospitality company that operates a portfolio of resort properties and lodging destinations in the stunning Canadian Rocky Mountains region. As a Pastry Line Cook, you will play a vital role in creating and preparing a variety of delectable pastries, baked goods, and desserts to delight our guests.
In this 6-week contract position, you will be responsible for:
– Preparing and assembling a wide range of pastries, breads, and other baked goods according to recipes and presentation standards
– Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely production
– Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols
– Demonstrating a keen eye for artistic presentation and attention to detail in your work
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
– Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or Line Cook in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
– Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Passion for creating visually appealing and delicious pastries and baked goods
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18 per hour, as well as meals and accommodation included.
