Position Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Operations Leader to help oversee and enhance daily operational functions. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, this role is ideal for someone early in their leadership journey who is eager to grow into a senior management position. You’ll play a key role in optimizing processes, improving performance, and supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of strategic operational plans.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Track and analyze KPIs to drive performance.
- Manage daily operations and interdepartmental workflows.
- Implement best practices to improve quality and output.
- Assist in budget planning and cost management.
- Identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Coach and mentor team members for growth.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Participate in contingency planning and operational risk mitigation.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Solid grasp of manufacturing operations and process management.
- Familiarity with quality systems (QMS), ISO 9001, Lean, and continuous improvement methods.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, employee development, and task delegation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and physically demanding environments.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to operational demands.
