Position Summary:

The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office. This role requires a professional who can handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, support team members, and contribute to a positive office culture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk reception, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including workspace setup and orientation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office administration or clerical role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience within a Manufacturing industry is a great asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude, high level of professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
