Key Responsibilities
-
Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to reduce downtime and improve performance
-
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery
-
Participate in daily management huddles and continuous improvement activities
-
Conduct job hazard analyses and ensure all work complies with safety standards

Support operators by training on Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, and Tightening (CILT) practices
-
Collaborate with operators and team members to identify and eliminate equipment and safety issues
-
Carry out root cause failure analyses and assist with precision maintenance planning
-
Handle mechanical rebuilds, installations, rigging, and equipment alignment
-
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
What You Bring
-
Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright (433A) certification
-
Minimum five years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
-
Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); SAP experience an asset
-
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
-
Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision
-
Flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed
