Full-Time | Permanent | Continental Rotation Shift | $45–$48/hr + Full Benefits
Bi-Weekly: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | Night Shift Premium $1/hr

We’re hiring an experienced Millwright 433A for a leading flexible packaging manufacturer in Etobicoke. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-speed extrusion and packaging machinery to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.

Shift Schedule:
Continental rotation, bi-weekly: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Night shift premium: $1/hour

What You’ll Do:
-Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and auxiliary machinery
-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
-Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs with internal teams or external specialists
-Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
-Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

Requirements:
-Valid 433A Millwright License
-4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing
-Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills
-Experience with production machinery, equipment, and facilities maintenance
-Ability to work independently or in a team environment
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
-Physically capable and safety-focused
