✅ Competitive Pay: $38-$45 per hour (Full-time, Permanent)

✅ Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

🔧 Preventative & Predictive Maintenance – Ensure smooth plant operation

🔧 Equipment Repair & Troubleshooting – Pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

🔧 Metal Stamping & Robotic Weld Maintenance – Support production lines

🔧 HVAC & Facility Equipment Maintenance (Overhead cranes, compressors, etc.)

🔧 Fabrication & Machining (Welding, fitting, milling, grinding)

🔧 Continuous Improvement Initiatives – Optimize processes and prevent breakdowns

🔧 Work with Cross-Functional Teams – Support plant-wide efficiency and safety

What You Need to Succeed

✔ 433A Industrial Millwright License (Ontario Provincial) – Required

✔ 5+ Years of Millwright Experience – Required

✔ Metal Stamping & Robotic Welding Experience – Required

✔ Fabrication & Machining Skills (Welding, fitting, milling, grinding) – Asset

✔ Strong Troubleshooting Skills – Pneumatic & hydraulic circuits

✔ Ability to Work Independently & in a Team Environment

✔ Attention to Detail, Leadership, & Continuous Improvement Mindset

Physical Requirements

✔ Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

✔ Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs occasionally
