Maintenance Technician (Red Seal Millwright) / Industrial Mechanic
Monday to Friday
Evening/Night Shift (FLEXIBLE START AFTER 6 PM)
WINNIPEG
- $42.5-46/h based on experience + night premiums $1.85 + additional $1 for weekend premium
- Overtime x1.5 after 40 hours
- 8 hours shifts – flexible start time between 6 and 11pm
- 75 employees on site
- Training of 2-4 weeks
- RSP Matching 4%, 6% after 5 years
REQUIREMENTS
- Red Seal Millwright certification
- Minimum 2+ years of FOOD manufacturing experience as a Millwright in Canada
- Must feel confident working alone during the night shift
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, including pumps and vacuum systems is a MUST
- Experience working with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS tools.
- A safety-first approach and familiarity with ISO, HACCP, GMP, 5S, or TPM.
- Bonus: welding, minor plumbing, or refrigeration experience.
