Shift: Continental Day Shift (8:00am – 8:00pm), 7 x 12-hour days every 2 weeks, every other weekend

The Role
This role is for Millwrights who can troubleshoot independently, work hands-on with heavy machinery, and have strong lathe experience.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)
-
4+ years’ industrial manufacturing experience
-
Strong mechanical troubleshooting—able to work independently

PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley or Siemens)

Blueprint/technical drawing reading skills
-
Hands-on: machine building, lathes, welding (asset)

Experience with pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, heavy machinery
Responsibilities:

Independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery

Execute preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance

Fabricate parts and maintain production machinery
-
Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory

Support internal process improvements and machine optimization
