We are currently hiring MHE Material Handler Operator –forklift operators to support warehouse operations
This role requires experience with Walkie/Double End Rider forklifts
Salary: 19.50$/hour
Evening prime: 1.50$
Plus 4% Vacation
Paid Weekly
Schedules: 2:30pm-11pm Monday to Friday
Kindly note there is no bus transportation offered in the area
Main tasks of the forklift operator: MHE Material Handler Operator
- Safely operate the Double Walkie Front Rider
- Operating material handling equipment and using RF scanners to support warehouse operations
- Performing receiving, order picking, shipping, inventory control, cycle counts
- Following Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols
- Maintaining productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets
- Participating in cycle counts, moving pallets, and keeping the warehouse organized and clean
- Adhering to Occupational Health & Safety standards; lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively
- All other related tasks
Requirements for the forklift operator position: MHE Material Handler Operator
- Valid certification on the Walkie/Double End Rider forklifts
- Reach and/or Dock stocker/Stand up Counterbalance experience is an asset
- At least 2 years of relevant forklift experience
- Experience with Order Picker RF or Vo-Collect based WMS systems (e.g., Red Prairie)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Secondary school diploma
- Must have own vehicle
