Position Overview: MHE Operator
We are seeking reliable and experienced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operators to join our afternoon shift team. The primary focus of this role is order picking in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities: MHE Operator

Operate walkie/double end rider to pick pet food orders
-
Use Vocollect headset for voice-directed picking
-
Perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs from floor to shoulder height
-
Meet standard productivity targets (170 cases/hour, approx. 2 pallets per hour)

Maintain safety, quality, and accuracy standards at all times
Qualifications MHE Operator
-
Experience operating a walkie/double end rider (required)
-
Experience with Reach, Dock Stocker, or Stand-Up Counterbalance equipment is an asset but not required
-
Ability to meet physical demands of the role (lifting and repetitive movement)
-
Must have steel-toe safety footwear for the onsite assessment

Reliable transportation due to no bus service at the location
