What are the Responsibilities?
- Support the marketing team in executing annual strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth of the business’ market share and product sales
- Collaborate on strategic projects with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with the overarching commercial objectives
- Evaluate, plan, define objectives, coordinate, and execute trade show events and activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Assist in the creation of pre- and post-show marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of trade show participation, providing insights and recommendations for improvement for future events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze data to support marketing strategies and commercial decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations on market research findings.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, corporate branding communications and advertising.
- Assist in development of brand positioning strategies to differentiate the company in the market.
- Support content strategies that engage target audiences and support brand objectives.
- Coordinate and project manage assigned marketing initiatives to ensure effective and timely execution.
- Manage marketing assets and collateral to maintain consistency with strategic objectives.
- Provide accurate trade show budget estimates to support effective fiscal planning.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external marketing agencies to ensure alignment of strategic goals and deliverables.
What are the Requirements?
- Degree in Marketing, Product Communications, Sales or Business with at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing is a must have.
- Previous experience with effective coordination of trade show and other commercial industry events.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
