Job Summary:
 As a Manufacturing Associate – Print & Lamination, you will be responsible for operating printing and lamination equipment to ensure the production of high-quality products. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:Operate digital printing and lamination machines to apply designs and protective coatings to various materialsConduct quality checks and inspections to maintain product standardsAssist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to minimize downtimeMaintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient work environmentFollow all safety guidelines and operational proceduresWork collaboratively with the production team to meet manufacturing targetsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with exposure to printing or lamination processesStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adjust equipment as neededExcellent attention to detail and quality controlAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accuratelyAbility to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for extended periodsWorking Conditions:Manufacturing facility environmentRequires physical stamina, including standing for long periods, bending, and liftingMay involve shift work, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as neededShift Time: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
