About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a well-established industrial manufacturing facility in Windsor. This is a newly created, standalone position offering strong overtime potential, field service exposure, and a high level of independence. The ideal candidate is mechanically strong, self-directed, and comfortable working in both plant and field environments.
What We Offer
Wage: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
Overtime: Consistent overtime available over 40 hours; Saturday overtime; Sunday double time
Schedule: Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sunday – Friday, with afternoon shift flexibility available

What You’ll Do
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment
Perform advanced mechanical troubleshooting and basic low-voltage electrical work
Conduct routine inspections of cranes, machinery, and air systems
Complete preventive maintenance and service documentation
Support machine installations, setups, and adjustments
Identify and recommend improvements to safety, efficiency, and performance
Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and scissor lifts as required
Perform advanced mechanical troubleshooting and basic low-voltage electrical work

What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Willingness and ability to travel 25% or more
Strong safety awareness and knowledge of preventive maintenance
Ability to work independently in a physically demanding environment
