We are seeking a skilled Machine Builder to join our industrial manufacturing team in Windsor. This position offers a safe, clean, and organized work environment with long-term employment opportunities. The successful candidate will assemble, maintain, and support hydraulic and industrial press equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Wage: CA$28–$37/hour + overtime
Shift: Day, Afternoon, and Weekend Shifts, full-time; overtime available after 40 hours per week

Assemble and disassemble hydraulic and industrial equipment
Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance
Read and interpret metric blueprints and technical drawings
Operate overhead cranes, lifts, and other motorized equipment
Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments
Assist with troubleshooting and equipment adjustments
Follow all safety procedures and plant protocols
Work at heights and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs

5 – 8 years of machine building experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience operating overhead cranes or lifting equipment
Ability to pass a background check
