We are looking for a proactive Junior Accounting Specialist to join a dynamic team and contribute to the automation of financial operations. 🚀 You will play a key role in reducing manual tasks and improving efficiency while working with cutting-edge technologies. In this role, you will work alongside the Financial Performance Manager to analyze and improve financial processes, transforming manual tasks into automated solutions. 🔧💡

Responsibilities:

📊 Analyze current financial processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency.

⚙️ Assist in the implementation of automation tools to eliminate repetitive tasks.

✔️ Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial data within automated systems.

🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, etc.) to identify automation opportunities.

🧪 Conduct tests on automated systems and fine-tune parameters for optimal results.

📚 Document new processes and assist the team in utilizing automation tools.

🗂️ Provide support for daily accounting functions, such as data entry, reconciliations, and verifications.

📅 Participate in ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

💻 Familiarity with accounting software and automation tools (e.g., advanced Excel, FCC, XL Cube).

📊 Strong Excel skills, including macros, and the ability to develop new tools.

⚡ Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.

🤝 Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team to propose innovative solutions.
