IT Specialist Manager

The IT Specialist/Manager will be responsible for:

• Coordinating between the outsourced help desk team and ERP support.
• Managing hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades (Help Desk 1-3).
• Ensuring system security and efficient data management.
• Liaising with vendors and maintaining updated records of all IT equipment.
• Being the primary contact for NAV Dynamics and network issues.
• Developing and maintaining IT procedure manuals.

The required qualifications for the IT Specialist/Manager are:

• 10+ years of experience in IT support, with a willingness to learn.
• 3+ years of ERP support experience, particularly Nav Dynamics being an asset. Strong skills in hardware/software maintenance and system security.
• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required, French is a plus).
