We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Administrator to join our operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, control, and integrity of our inventory management systems.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Administrator to join our operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, control, and integrity of our inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming inventory with precision, ensuring full accuracy and proper documentation
- Inspect materials against paperwork and store parts in designated bins/racks
- Conduct regular cycle counts on raw materials, hardware, and in-process inventory
- Monitor and manage adhesive products with expiry dates to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform data entry in inventory systems
- Support finished goods inventory maintenance and assist with internal work orders
- Pull inventory and prepare kits for production
- Collaborate with the purchasing team on inventory coordination
- Prepare stock labels, complete paperwork, scan and file documentation, and track shipments
- Assist with physical movement of parts (up to 25 lbs) as needed
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in inventory administration, shipping/receiving, or a related role
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with inventory systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to meet Controlled Goods Program eligibility requirements:
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Must have lived in Canada for the past 5 years
