Installation Technician Level 2 (leading team), Ultra high-end kitchen appliances

Mississauga, ON

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Salary: $25–$29/hour + great company benefits

We are looking for a skilled Installation Technician to join a dynamic team. This role focuses on the installation of high-end and luxury home appliances, with a strong emphasis on customer experience. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform installations of built-in and high-end appliances in clients’ homes or company locations.

· Lead a small team during installations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

· Measure, assemble, and install kitchen and appliance components accurately.

· Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.

· Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in an organized manner.

· Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

· Demonstrate installed products to clients when needed.

· 2–3 years of hands-on experience in appliance installation, carpentry, or related trades.

· Must be able to lead a team of 2 technicians

· Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy appliances safely.

· Exceptional customer service skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.

· Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and attention to detail.

· Familiarity with high-end appliances is an advantage.

· Experience with hand and power tools; able to read product specifications and installation manuals.

· Valid driver’s license; experience with trucks/vans or delivery vehicles is a plus.

Additional Skills for Lead Installer Role

· Perform basic installations independently.

· Conduct pre-site inspections and submit detailed installation reports.

· Provide guidance or demonstrations to customers on installed products.
