Inside Sales Representative position

We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Inside Sales Representative to work out of our Hamilton, Ontario branch. The successful candidate will have 2 + years of experience within the Metal Industry, is self-motivated, has a sales hunting personality, Knowledge of Microsoft suite and team oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Good instincts for sales and building relationships with customers
• Driven and results-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized with a strong ability to track, manage, and follow through on details
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Team player with the ability to do what is necessary in the interest of providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Receiving and accurately processing orders
• Providing customer quotations based on their specific needs and requirements
• Analyze and resolve customer questions and concerns
• Assisting in developing project bids
• Creating and maintaining customer records
• Other duties as assigned
• Metal/Steel Knowledge an asset
