About the Opportunity
We are seeking motivated Industrial Mechanics / Mechanical Assemblers to assist with a short-term contract in Brampton, ON.
This project involves disassembling industrial machinery and preparing it for shipment following an upcoming machine auction.

This is a hands-on role where you will be cleaning, securing, and disassembling equipment for safe transport. The work is straightforward and does not require electrical experience, as the machines will not be powered.
What You’ll Do
- Disassemble industrial machinery and pack components into shipping crates/boxes
- Clean machines and prepare them for shipment
- Secure machine axes and components to prevent damage in transport
- Screw and unscrew machine barriers as required
- Perform quick visual/mechanical checks of equipment
- Follow all safety protocols on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in mechanics, assembly, or industrial machine disassembly
- Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Open to candidates on a valid work visa
Schedule
- Full-time, day shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Contract runs September 18 – October 1, 2025
- Schedule will be finalized by September 16 following the auction
