Hydraulic Technician

Job Title: Millwright / Industrial Electrician – Unlicensed

We are seeking a skilled Millwright / Industrial Electrician with experience in hydraulics, mechanical systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting. Wage: $30-$38 (based on experience)

Shift: Day (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM); overtime paid as required

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical systems

Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings

Perform preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on hydraulic press systems and auxiliary equipment

Operate material handling equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts

Perform assembly, servicing, fabrication, and machining of parts as needed

Follow technical guidelines and safety procedures to ensure work is completed safely and accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in line with health and safety standards

Participate in ongoing technical training to enhance skills and knowledge

Respond to off-hours or emergency service calls when required

3–5 years of hands-on experience in hydraulics, mechanical maintenance, and basic electrical systems

Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs

Technical training or apprenticeship in a relevant field is an asset

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

English proficiency (verbal and written)

Own tools are preferred, some company tools provided
