Job Title: Housekeeper
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18.30/hour
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our facilities team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and event support, with the physical ability to handle equipment and supplies in a multi-floor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean offices, classrooms, and washrooms to a high standard.
- Support the set-up and tear-down of equipment and furniture for events.
- Carry up to 50 lbs safely and efficiently.
- Walk and transport equipment up and down stairs as needed.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report inventory needs.
- Follow all health, safety, and workplace sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid VSC (Vulnerable Sector Check) completed. (Add if required)
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and stair climbing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
