What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on engines, brakes, and more
  • Test drive vehicles to verify repairs
  • Maintain accurate service records and usage of parts
  • Collaborate with parts, service, and sales to ensure customers receive exemplary service & that their truck maintenance and repair needs are met in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and best practices
  • Assist with parts ordering and inventory when needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies
What You Bring:
  • Red Seal Certification – Heavy Duty Mechanic / Truck & Transport Technician
  • Proven experience with heavy-duty trucks and trailers
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and standards
Bonus Points for:
  • Class 1 or 3 Driver’s License
  • CVI (Commercial Vehicle Inspection) License **STRONGLY PREFERRED
  • Experience in a dealership shop environment
