Warehouse Associate/ General Labour
Location: Delta, BC
Salary: $18/hour
Schedule: 8am to 16h30 (mon-fri)
Our client based in Delta BC, has an opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Order pickers, Sorters, Labelling and Container unloaders to join their busy team. Be part of one of the largest Distribution & Warehousing groups in Canada & the US
Functions & Responsibilities:
- Inbound Receiving
- Responsible for accurately applying labels to pallets for all inbound receiving
- Outbound Picking/ Loading
- Accurate scanning of all inbound/outbound loads.
- Puttaway of consignments
- Picking using RF Scanners
- Container unloading – Hand unloading
- Report any issues/ concerns regarding visitors/ drivers or sanitation/ facility maintenance to the Lead Hands and/or Warehouse Supervisor
- Follow direction of Lead Hand and/or Warehouse Supervisor for daily tasks
- Other warehouse duties as delegated by Warehouse Leads and Supervisors
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on a team and follow direction from leads
- Attention to detail, especially when scanning and receiving
- Growth mindset – want to learn new things within the Operation

- Positive Attitude
Qualifications—Skills and Competencies:
- High school Diploma
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, word, excel etc..
- Detail oriented with the ability to read drawings and data
- Use of RF scanners and pick systems
