- Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM â 11:30 PM
About the Role
Fuze HR is currently hiring Production/Returns Team Members for a leading co-pack company in Brampton. This is a great opportunity to join a clean, safe, and fast-paced GMP production environment where teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform packaging, sorting, and assembly tasks according to work orders and procedures
- Inspect materials, count parts, and ensure product quality
- Operate material handling and packaging equipment safely
- Support team leads in meeting Safety, Quality, and Efficiency (SQE) goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Minimize waste and rework through accuracy and consistency
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or team leader
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging (GMP experience is an asset)
- Good communication and basic math skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods (6â8 hours per shift)
- Able to lift up to 25 kg/50lbs (intermittently)
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, bending, and light manual work
