Job Summary
The Order Processor (Cooler) is responsible for the accurate preparation and completion of orders as outlined in QSPs and the Client Manual(s). The role requires strict compliance with GMP, corporate policies, and all safety procedures.
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
- $17.35/hour – Shift Premium $1.50 – Total Hr Rate $18.85
Key Responsibilities
File Maintenance
- Complete damaged product forms as required.
- Complete Credo/Tics/Gel pack logs as required.
Inventory
- Ensure the security of all product handling in accordance with government regulations.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of orders within contractual timelines.
- Replenish pick locations.
- Verify quantities, lot numbers, and item descriptions for each order.
- Participate in client and government audits as required.
- Assist with internal cycle counts.
- Complete stock moves in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure accurate shipping when using transportation systems.
- Ensure accurate labeling on items being shipped.
- Initial and date all completed orders according to GMP regulations.
- Meet or exceed productivity standards.
Issue Resolution & Reporting
- Move overages and damaged product to designated locations and notify Inventory Control.
- Communicate with the supervisory team regarding any issues impacting daily workload (e.g., shortage of supplies/boxes/labels).
- Maintain adequate supplies of Credos, coolers, conditioned Tics, and gel packs.
Other Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as required, recognizing we’re a team working toward a common goal (including picking/processing ULT Freezer orders and –15°C to –25°C freezer orders).
Qualifications
- Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Keyboard/computer literacy.
- Above-average attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of WMS and TMS systems.
- Experience using RF scanners.
- Good understanding of GMP.
