General Labourer – Delivery & Merchandising Support
Location: Russell Street, Thunder Bay, ON
Pay Rate: $22/Hour
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule & Work Details:
  • Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM until route completion (up to 10-hour shifts)
Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to support delivery and merchandising operations. In this role, you will assist in ensuring products are delivered efficiently, stocked accurately, and presented to high visual standards across retail locations. This is a physically active position that also involves customer-facing responsibilities, ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and team-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Account Sales Manager on delivery routes, including loading/unloading products and merchandising at customer locations
  • Support warehouse activities, including preparing and loading trucks for daily routes
  • Operate delivery vehicles when required (if licensed) and provide coverage for the Account Sales Manager as needed
  • Handle product movement using equipment such as dollies, with regular lifting of cases (up to 50+ lbs)
  • Ensure products are stocked, rotated, and displayed according to company standards
  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with retail partners
Schedule & Work Details:
  • Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM until route completion (up to 10-hour shifts)
  • Daily start/end location: Russell Street,, Thunder Bay, ON
  • Overnight stay required Tuesday nights in Fort Frances (hotel and meal allowance provided)
  • Overnight pay applies only during active route hours (ends at completion of route and resumes the following morning)
Qualifications:
  • Valid Ontario G-Class driver’s license is an asset (not required)
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50+ lbs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, or merchandising is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
