Forklift Material Handler – Part Time Position GTA

💰 Pay Rate: $21.00/hr + $1.00 shift premium (where applicable)
🕓 Shifts: Mid-Day & Afternoon | On-Call, As Needed

Fuze HR is currently hiring On-Call MHE Operators to support a leading healthcare distribution facility, across multiple GTA sites. This is an excellent opportunity for certified forklift operators looking for flexible hours and the chance to work in a dynamic, well-organized environment.

About the Role

As an On-Call Forklift Material Handler, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations. You’ll be trained on SOPs, GMP compliance, and company-specific processes before joining our active MHE pool.

1. MHE Operator – Afternoon Shift
🗓 Monday to Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

💰 $21.00/hr + $1.00 shift premium

2. MHE Operator – Mid-Day Shift
🗓 Monday to Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
📍 Torbram Road, Brampton, ON
💰 $21.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, replenish, and move inventory using Raymond Reach, Forklift, Walkie, or other MHE
• Perform stock moves, replenishments, and order staging using WMS
• Load and label outbound shipments with accuracy
• Assist with cycle counts and monthly skid counts
• Maintain a clean and GMP-compliant work area
• Report damaged inventory or discrepancies through appropriate channels
• Collaborate with supervisors and operations team members to ensure workflow efficiency

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of MHE operation experience
• Valid Forklift/MHE certification (Reach, Counterbalance, Walkie, etc.)
• Comfortable working in cooler environments
• Experience using RF scanners and WMS/TMS systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability for on-call work — evenings, weekends, or split shifts as needed
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

Availability & Flexibility

• Work is as needed (no guaranteed full-time hours)
• Ideal for part-time associates or students available during evenings/weekends
• Shifts may be split among multiple associates
• Preference for candidates available later in the day
• Sites are close enough to allow mobility between Brampton and Vaughan locations
