Fuze HR is seeking a skilled Double Deep Raymond Reach Operator to support warehouse and production operations in a busy manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for reliable candidates with recent reach truck experience who are looking for long-term stability and potential full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate propane-powered Double Deep Raymond Reach forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently.
Load and unload trailers, replenish production materials, and stage inventory for production.Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.Support inventory management using warehouse systems.Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping goals.Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Double Deep Raymond Reach Forklift License.
- Minimum 2 years of recent reach truck experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Comfortable working in a dusty and noisy environment.Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with strong attention to detail.WHMIS and Health & Safety certification (4 Steps) required.
- Must pass a criminal background check.Experience with inventory systems is an asset.
Physical Demands:
- Continuous lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Prolonged standing and repetitive movements.
- PPE required: steel-toed safety shoes, gloves, mask, apron/arm sleeves.
Workplace Conditions:
- Busy, dusty, and loud manufacturing/production environment.
- Unionized environment with minimal overtime.
- Tasks include picking, packing, loading/unloading, cleaning, and supporting production workflow.
