Extrusion Operator – Blown Film Manufacturing
Location -Brampton, ON
Shift- Weekend Night Shift- Friday to Sunday from 7pm to 7am.
Pay- $20-$26.50
We are hiring a reliable Extruder Operator for a fast-paced plastic and blown film manufacturing facility in Brampton.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor two extrusion lines during 12-hour shifts
- Perform set-ups including extrusion bubble and line threading
- Conduct hourly quality checks (seals, bag length, openings, hole punches, printing)
- Perform viscosity checks and safely handle alcohol, solvents, and inks
- Troubleshoot production issues with the Foreman
- Complete quick order changeovers with minimal downtime
- Follow strict health & safety procedures in a hot production environment
- Remain on feet and navigate stairs/mezzanine levels throughout shift
Qualifications
- Experience in plastic extrusion, blown film extrusion, or manufacturing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control focus
- Ability to work in hot conditions and handle chemicals safely

Excellent communication and teamwork skill
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and stair climbing for 12-hour shifts
