Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 annually + 7% performance bonus
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (with flexibility as needed)

Fuze HR is seeking a poised and highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to the President and senior leadership team of a leading financial services organization in Toronto. This pivotal role demands someone who operates with absolute discretion and anticipates needs before they arise – a true gatekeeper and trusted partner to the executive office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the President, handling complex calendar management, travel planning, and coordination of all logistics.
  • Craft and polish communications, presentations, and reports to the highest standard, reflecting the executive office’s professionalism.
  • Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the President and senior leadership team, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take meticulous notes, and diligently track and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, leadership forums, and high-profile corporate events with finesse.
  • Collaborate across departments to execute key initiatives smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide backup reception coverage and partner with other executive assistants to ensure seamless administrative support across the company.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive-level administrative support within a corporate environment.
  • A polished professional presence and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and precision.
  • Absolute discretion when handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
  • Proven experience supporting executives who travel frequently and maintaining an impeccable standard of detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary education preferred.
