Location: Navy Way & Precision Drive, Kingston, Ontario

Employment Type: Temporary

Compensation: $17.20 per hour

Exam Period: Friday, April 11, 2025 – Saturday, April 26, 2025

Fuze HR is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to assist with exam administration at a college in Kingston during the Winter 2025 exam period. Available Positions & Responsibilities

1. Gym Support Staff (SAM Gym)

Shift Options: Morning (AM) & Afternoon (PM)

• Exam Setup: Arrange exam materials, answer sheets, and seating assignments.
• Student Management: Collect and securely store students’ cell phones, maintain order, and escort students to washrooms as needed.
• Exam Monitoring: Ensure a quiet and structured exam environment.
• Desk Reset: Clear and clean desks between sessions and at the end of the day.

2. Accommodation Support Staff (SWING SPACE Building)

Shift Options: Full-Day Shifts

• Student Assistance: Greet and escort students with accommodations to designated exam rooms.
• Exam Support: Provide assistance while ensuring a quiet and organized testing space.
• Washroom Escorting: Be available to escort students as needed.

Schedule Note: Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to this role for the entire exam period for consistency.

✔ Punctuality & Reliability: Must arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

✔ Attention to Detail: Follow exam procedures carefully.

✔ Professionalism: Maintain a calm and respectful demeanor.

✔ Physical Stamina: Gym Support Staff must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.

✔ Transportation: Reliable transportation to the college is required.
