Our client, a growing and dynamic organization in a fast-paced industry, is looking for a strategic Director to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive human resources service model across multiple business units. The role involves overseeing HR functions including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, and payroll management, with a focus on driving organizational performance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, organization, and evaluation of human resources, payroll, and benefits functions, ensuring seamless delivery of services across the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and performance management to support employee satisfaction and organizational goals.
  • Create and execute a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy to foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and operational efficiencies.
  • Drive service excellence within the HR team, setting and maintaining high standards for performance and quality.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying informed on HR trends and innovations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build and sustain a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a track record of driving HR strategy and operational success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues with confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in fostering employee engagement and driving continuous improvements in HR practices.
