Your tasks as the Customer Service Representative :

·Enter orders promptly and with accuracy

·Manage open orders to ensure timely fulfillment and communication

·Coordinate with several internal departments/sales reps to support inquiries from the customer

·Respond promptly to customer inquiries

·Complete transactions (invoice) for all Warehouse Accounts

·Answer, and direct phone calls to appropriate department/personnel

·Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery

·Other duties as assigned

The required qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

·3+ years’ post secondary or work experience in a similar Customer Service position

·Demonstrate desire to provide excellence in Customer Service

·Meticulous attention to detail

·Excellent follow-up / follow-through

·Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work

·Proficient spoken and written English

·Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)

·Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

·Able to go in the office 5 days a week.
