Fuze HR is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a well-established organization based in London, Ontario. This position is critical in supporting customers and ensuring smooth operations across various departments.
Location: London, Ontario
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime as needed
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Benefits: Offered after a three-month probationary period
Start Date: Immediately
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process incoming orders and maintain shipping dates in JD Edwards (JDE).
- Review orders for pricing accuracy and tax compliance prior to invoicing.
- Organize and file invoiced orders for record-keeping.
- Create and manage purchase orders for suppliers, as well as receive and confirm POs for parts, installations, and equipment.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer service, inventory management, and outbound freight when required.
- Perform master file maintenance, including adding or updating parts and items.
- Update pricing schedules for services and parts as needed.
- Generate and provide reports as requested by the team.
- Cross-check and reconcile order details between locations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and deliver exceptional support.
- Uphold and promote the company’s vision, values, and goals.
- Participate in training and team activities to support ongoing process improvements.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the Manager or designate.
Qualifications:
- Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt and maintain high performance in a dynamic work environment.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to manage conflict and build positive relationships across teams.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
