Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Brampton, Steeles and Kennedy Road (Hybrid after training)
Pay Rate: $19/hour

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a dynamic logistics team. This is a contract role with an immediate start, reporting directly to the department lead. The role begins on-site for training and transitions to a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days WFH).
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (may adjust with notice)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer emails (~60/day) and phone inquiries (~20/day)
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets (intermediate, VLOOKUP/pivot tables an asset)
  • Support order entry, dispatch coordination, tracking & tracing, and appointment scheduling
  • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Qualifications / Skills:
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team, collaborating with other CSRs
  • Prior experience in logistics, freight, or 3PL is considered an asset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
