What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service professionals
  • Oversee end-to-end customer service operations in a high-volume environment
  • Manage escalated customer issues and ensure timely, effective resolution
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Analyze service data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Implement and refine service processes, standards, and best practices
  • Deliver training and support team development initiatives
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in customer service or customer-facing operations
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and Excel capabilities
  • Comfort working with CRM systems and modern digital tools
  • Ability to operate calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations
